Problem with mail order confirmation

Hi guys I need help

 

I have a problem with Mail that is sent after the order, the config_order

 

Practically I do not see the details of each product (reference product, unit price, quantity) and even product images. In the config_order file settings in the email template is okay. ({Products} and {} discounts,

how to fix it?

 

I activated the email alert and in the mail to notify the seller is everything ok ...

 

I read that you have to edit the file Product_List

Change what?

Turn on the debug mode and check if there is some error or is added in the error_log file in your server.

Without errors is difficult to know, take a look at the modified files in the "Configuration Information", and compare the code with the original files corresponding to your PS version.

Hi rolige i tried to install in a clean folder a new and clean version of prestashop th 1.7.0.2, i tried to place an order with the default products, and i received a order confirmation mail in the same way, without any details of product, ( see the file attached )

Now i started to think on thing, could be my server?

Or it's a bug of prestashop?

It is exactly the same thing for me ;  I am just a basic user (that means I don't know what is debug mode etc.) but on my PS 1.7 I have exactly the same problem than you. If it is a bug in PS 1.7 I think many people will have the problem and they will correct very soon

If you are trying to use PrestaShop for a production shop, you should think in using PS 1.6.x instead of 1.7.x

you tell i should use a 1.6 version? not 1.6.1.9?

You can use that, it is fine, but 1.6.1.10 would be better
