Welele
Hello In my shop I got 2 types of discounts -> Discount 1 (Specific price). if you buy a whole box. Every product have got a 10% discount when you buy 15 item for the same product. -> Discount 2 (Cart rule). Discount amount. Discount 5% if you order is > 200€ Discount 10% if order is > 400€ Discount 15% if you order is > 750€ Discount 20% if order is > 1000€ My problem is when a costumer order a 15 items of a product with specific price (have got a 10% discount) and the total amount order is for example 250€. Then this product have a 10% + 5% discount! Tis possible a "not combined" option? I would like every product take the most discount every order. Thanks and regards

Jignesh.aakoliya
Hi,You can achieve that by setting Compatibility with other cart rules. With this option, you can tell PrestaShop that this rule cannot be combined with a selection of other rules.so your customer can avail only one discount.for more information take a look at https://www.templatemonster.com/help/prestashop-1-6-x-how-to-manage-cart-price-rules-coupons.html#grefThanksJigneshkumar Edited December 12, 2016 by Jignesh.aakoliya (see edit history)
