Black screen when updating/editing in Prestashop

Hi Guys

 

We have a customer who have a problem when they try to edit/update a prodyuct they will get Black (not white) screen. 

 

And they can only get the error when they test it from Denmark  ( we are sitting in Thailand )

 

Please notive, this is a BLACK screen error. 

 

I have posted a screenshot of the source code, because i told customer to send me that. 

 

And also she have tested on more than 3 computer on different locations in Denmark. 

 

So its nothing about the network or something like that. 

 

We have tried almost EVERYTHING. Anybody have suggestions?

Shop version?

Debug errors?

PHP error log?

Which changes did you make recently - upgrade etc?

Version is: 1.6.0.14 

 

No Debug og PHP error log since we can't get the error when we are trying to test from here. 

 

We have fixed some error on Order Confirmation - they did not get mail from the shop, so have editing something about how the shop is sending order confirmation mails out.
