Overlaping menus cart and log in .. not fixed ( ..missing taxes... is Fixed )

Hello.

First of all, i want to thank everyone who have made Prestashop available.
I used to use another front end (OsCommerce) but i find Prestashop to be more user friendly, faster, and also nicer looking.
This is allso my first post here.

Now to my problem.
I am testing a shop to make a final version on another url but at the same host (one.com)
I have a bug in the "cart" it is kinda over lapping the "welcome, log in text" i attach a picture here so you can see what i mean. This problem occurs in all my diferent browser (IE, Opera, Chrome, Firefox) and i have tested it on four diferent monitors. It was like this "straight out of the box". What can i do about it?

2:nd problem. My shop suddenly only shows prices without taxes, how can that be, i have enabled taxes to be used, i have set the tax %, It worked when i installed the shop and have worked for a couple of weeks, until today.
What shall i look for except the most obvious as i already have enabled.
This is fixed, i had managed to assign two zon values to a tax and i guess it didnt know how to use it so it wasnt used at all. fixed that now so it works agan. But my problem above is still bugging me....
