Special price countdown label priority rule

Hi guys. I have some general discount rules(suppliers, categories...) but sometimes I need to set a different special price for a product included in those rules. The specific price is calculated properly but the count down label is wrong, since the general rule is displayed. Let's say I have a discount with no time limit on a category; when I set a special price for a product in that category with a a month limit the "no limit" label is displayed instead.

I'm using 1.6.1.5 version with leo healthycare theme.
