shop deleted, how can I get it back?

Hope someone can help.

My shop has been deleted without any notice by mail or anything else.

 

How can we get it back ? Or at least download a copy and move away from the PSCloud to go to my server.

 

Thanks for any help, very annoying just before the Xmas sales...

I need to pay 179€ for asking my website back with no guarantee.

 

Any idea how I can get 1 ticket for just asking my shop back online?

To get your store back you will have to write to prestashopcloud@prestashop.com and ask for their migration options. They might take up to 3 business days to reply to the email.
