1 click update error

Hello,  I am having troubles upgrading from 1.6.1.6 to 1.6.1.10 using 1 click upgrade, the error is:

[Ajax / Server Error for action upgradeComplete] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " 

It seems that it does all the process but fails just at the end.

Any suggestions?
