I've managed to sum up what I did customizing Prestashop and documented it in my blog.

I hope that it will be of help to somebody, and any suggestions or comments are welcome.

I thought you was offering a TUTORIAL (as link suggest it), but it's not. Is only a sum of adaptations you made, which are available in the forum as well.

Well, not everything is on forum, not even half of the stuff I've posted. I had to come with those on my own by experimenting with the code.

I did not see that post of Vekia, that one is a gem, so thanks for that!

Still, I think that it will be of use to someone. I do agree that the name tutorial might not be the most appropriate one, but I could not think of anything else that suits better.
