Help! I got this error message when setting up a new group:

 

Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User pca******2 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

 

I'm using cloud Prestashop. Any suggestions? And what's happened to Support??

The server is refusing your connection, due to restrictions set on them. max_user_connections says that you have reached the max. on connections allowed on server for you.
