Please help !!!
When an item is out of stock, should be appears - “notify when the product will be available
” mail form on the product page.
I update prestashop to last version
I update MailAlert module to last version

But “notify when the product will be available” mail form is still absent.

Did you check the box for
"Gives the customer the possibility to receive a notification for an available product if this one is out of stock"

In the Mail Alerts configuration.

Then you have to confirm if the module is hooked in the right possitions.
Go to BO>Modules>Positions and then search the mail alert module.

I have this module in
1.Customer account page display in front office - 2 modules [Display on page account of the customer]
2.Product out of stock - 1 module [Make action while product is out of stock]
3.My account block - 2 modules [Display extra informations inside the "my account" block]

how can I add a MailAlert module to the ''Customer account page display in front office''hook ?

Go to BO>Modules> Positions and then click Transplant a module

Then select the module to Hook into.

Sorry to bring this thread up again, I don't have any module under Product out of stock. Does this mean that it won't work to Alert me if stock reaches a certain level?
