Configuration Information Wrong

I'm moving my site to new hosting -- everything seems to be ok. I was even able to make a test purchase successfully.

That said when I go to Configuration Information all the information is wrong.

For example, I know that when I created the droplet I used only PHP 7 and that is the version that shows up when i type php -v but according to PrestaShop I'm using 5.5.36. Likewise when I created the database to import that old database into I named it slightly different and I've made the changes in settings but yet the database name in the backoffice shows up as the old one. The SQL version is also wrong.

I've cleared cache from the backoffice.

PrestaShop version 1.6.1.9

 

 

Does anyone have any insights into why this is happening?

All of a sudden information updated -- but then a little bit later it reverted to the wrong values again
