Prestashop v 1.4.2.5 product description - unlocking html

Hello there!

 

I have a problem with product description, whenever i try to put some html tags, they will be deleted after save. So, can somebody help me with unlocking HMTL in description? I saw some tutorial how to do this but when i add the changes, my site will not show any produt categories or anything. I do this tutorial:

I want to add htmls in Category descripion and Product description.
