Too many redirects using XAMPP & Prestashop 1.7.0.2

I'm trying to install prestashop 1.7.0.2 locally with XAMPP.

 

Apache, php, sql are working fine.

 

I launch the index.php using the path localhost/prestashop

I see the animation during the unzip phase...and nothing starts and I have a "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

 

Could you help me ? (that's my first prestashop try!)

Try to install the Curl extension. It's worked for me !
