[solved] Order page: Terms link does not work

On the order page (shipping part) there's this text and a checkbox:

I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally. (read)

On the "read" part it is a link. The page it links to is broken. (getting an error page within the box "We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available ")

The link as it appears within the browser:
http://___/cms.php?id_cms=0&content_only=1&TB_iframe=true&width=450&height=500&thickbox=true

I fished up this portion in the order-carrier.tpl:

I KNOW that I have deleted too many pages within the CMS.
Where should the page be and which settings should it be?

I tried to create a new CMS page with the text "link_conditions" everywhere in all the input boxes but to no help.

I tried to look for help here at forums but it either shows how to hack (do not wanna hack, just restore) or it talks about changing CMS ID numbers, which I can't do and the tpl code looks different too so maybe it is for old version.

What version of PrestaShop are you using? I don't understand why your id_cms would be 0. See my post here for how to change the ID in PrestaShop v1.3.
