[Solved] Upgrading from 1.3.0.10 to 1.3

I'm a bit confused, here when as PS 1.3 has hard coded version in model.php as define('INSTALL_VERSION', '1.3.0.10')
The upgrade option is grayed out and not selectable also.
Is 1.3 the same as 1.3.0.10 and no upgrade is required from 1.3.0.10 to 1.3 ?

Yes, PrestaShop v1.3 RC 7 and PrestaShop v1.3 final have the same version number v1.3.0.10. If you are using PrestaShop RC7, then no upgrade is necessary. You are already using PrestaShop v1.3 final.
