l'header php non l'ho modificato.

l'header tpl ho provato ad aggiungere il pixel, ma ho ripristinato l'header originale. tuttavia mi da sempre lo stesso errore

ho cancellato la cache ma mi da sempre errore.

Che posso fare?

Se copio l'header di un'altro presta?

ti da lo stesso errore come sopra?

forse devi attivare la compilazione, ma se non accedi al BO ... la vedo dura ...

devi cambiare il parametro nel database

da phpmyadmin

tabella ps_configuration

PS_SMARTY_FORCE_COMPILE

setta su 1

cancella tutto il contenuto meno il file index.php

se hai una copia della stessa versione di PS che usi, (altrimenti scaricane una da prestashop.com ) scompatta e prendi il file header.tpl per sovrascrivere quello che ti da l'errore.

quindi ripeti l'operazione qui sopra eliminando i file della cache di smarty ...

e aggiorna il browser con ctrl + F5 (svuota la cache del browser)

E niente, ho risolto, ma ho dovuto pagare un tecnico !!!!

Ora devo riprovare a installare il pixel speriamo bene.

no, purtroppo non lo so...

sicuramente ha agito sul maledetto header.tpl in questione, ma mi sto macinando il cervello per capire dato che avevo salvato l'originale prima di fare modifiche!!!!
