dirsubmit Posted November 26, 2016 Share Posted November 26, 2016 (edited) Hi everyone, I've had this happen quite a few times now.. the first few times I just thought my buyers are clueless and are making a mistake, but it's happening way too often now! They say that they are trying to purchase something and they are not able to and are told that they need a voucher. I personally have not ever come across that and I've tested my site 100's of times in the past three years. I have no idea how to debug this or replicate it. Any ideas on how or why this could be happening? They're not trying to use a voucher.. they're just trying to go through the checkout process and they can't because they get a message saying they NEED a voucher? Any help would be appreciated!
