Error upgrading from 1.7.0 to 1.7.0.1

Hi,

 

finally i could install prestashop 1.7.0 on my server (it was no easy) and now i like to upgrade to the latest version to get all the improvements.

 

Every time that i tryed to update prestashop (via 1-click update ) I get the same error:

 

[Ajax / Server Error for action download] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Service Unavailable " jqXHR: "

 

I unistalled 1-click module and reinstallet. I get the same error.

 

I tryed to upgrade uploading the files via ftp and using local version to upgrade (nothing happened)

 

Can somebody help me to upgrade prestashop?

Hi, I follow this steps:

1. Backup your files and database
2. Install and configure 1-Click Upgrade:
   1. Install 1-Click Upgrade
   2. In 1-Click Upgrade view, click on yellow button "More options (Expert mode)"
   3. Select the chanel "Local directory", write the version to upgrade in the next field and click in "Save" button
3. Download the lastest Prestashop 1.7:
   1. In a custom directory unzip the prestashop_1.7.0.X.zip file
   2. Unzip the file prestashop.zip in /wherever-your-site-is/admin/autoupgrade/latest/, so in that directory you will have all the files/directories of the new version
4. Go to 1-Click Upgrade and start the upgrade

Exactly the same problem for me when I use Expert mode of 1-Click Upgrade

I hace the same problem. This plugins is copying all file to /prestashop. The /prestashop/install is empty. I check my folder /admin/autoupgrade/latest/prestashop/install, all files and folders are there.

The module is copying all files and can't upgrade database and it gives this error.

 

I have this problem with 1.7.0.6 to 1.7.1.0

I've also the Problem with

I tried to update from 1.7.0.5 to 1.7.1.1

Same here, error upgrading to 1.7.0.2 to 1.7.1.1

 

1 click upgrade gives me two errors: md5 check failure and a 503 error.

The last update of the module 1-click upgrade resolve the issue !

 

The Solution is:

-> Update the "1-click upgrade" module (Backoffice > Modules > Notifications)

-> Update prestashop  (Backoffice >  "1-click upgrade")

-> Now you can update every other modules (Backoffice > Modules > Notifications)

Après avoir fait l'update du module 1-Click, la mise à jour 1.7.1. ne se fait pas.

avec ce message"Error when trying to add /home/ceramiqusz/www/index.html.ovh.old to archive index.html.ovh.old."

Cest peut être une erreur de permission ton problème... Trouve ton fichier et vérifie les permissions des dossiers et fichiers.
