Order creation failed - after upgrade presta

Hi I have a problem, after upgrade my presta 1.2.3 to 1.3 and copy old database to new presta I have an error.

The error is when I try to buy something - free order.

Order creation failed


I have to change

settings.inc.php

copy old ('_COOKIE_KEY_'

i try with _COOKIE_IV_', - for what it is?


pleas help me solve a probem why odres is stop in odred.php? - when I try to buy free order

I have same problem, only paypal works but iDeal and cash on delivery fails and i also get the message ( Order creation Failed ) very frustrating.
I have try`t to track down the problem but no luck here, i also try`t to replace as test the order.php from 1.3 with the one from 1.2.4 but no go.
Database deleted and installed again but also no go, i m hoping that someone has a solution for this cause i can not launch my new site before this issue is solved.

after update old (’COOKIE_KEY‘ - old clients can log in to their accounts, but there is problem to buy somethg, there is a message: Order creation Failed

Check your database. In my situation some rows was missing. After I add that, my orders starts working:

In ps_orders table insert total_products_wt row after total_products
In ps_order_detail insert discount_quantity_applied row after ecotax
