Attributes & Groups Page Link gives me a broken page

I installed the program last night and everything seems to run ok. However, under the catalog tab, when clicking on the Attributes & Page link, I get a "Cannot Display Page" error. I tried in google's browser but got the same error. The weird thing is that that seems to be the only link that gives me a problem. Setting my preferences to use no token, makes no difference, the pages still use tokens. If anyone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it. I was really looking forward to switching from Oscommerce.

How do I install Paypal module? This site seems to be running very slow and I get a "cannot connect to database"error.
