Hi

I found a solution !

Module showing link

DOMAIN_NAME//modules/followup/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx

it should be like this

DOMAIN_NAME/modules/ps_reminder/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx

I hope it helped :)

maybe will be error 403

Set up the rights of folders and subfolders 755.

I simply changed the name in the link and it worked perfectly.
Huge thanks!

Hello,

I can"t understand what you mean. Could you please send an image.

Do you mean, rename the "followup" folder with "ps_reminder"? or something else?

I don"t have 'ps_reminder" folder but I have "followup" folder with 755 permission .

I don't know if you managed to get it working, but you just need to change the link that the module generates.

For example, if my website was google:

https://google.com/modules/followup/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx

You need to change:

https://google.com/modules/ps_reminder/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx

Cheers

This the correct solution! I have tested it and gone through the files. The URL given in PRESTASHOP is incorrect
