Module showing link DOMAIN_NAME//modules/followup/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx it should be like this DOMAIN_NAME/modules/ps_reminder/cron.php?secure_key=xxxxxxx I hope it helped maybe will be error 403 Set up the rights of folders and subfolders 755. Hello, I can"t understand what you mean. Could you please send an image. Do you mean, rename the "followup" folder with "ps_reminder"? or something else? I don"t have 'ps_reminder" folder but I have "followup" folder with 755 permission .
