Need to show images instead of title in the permanent link block

Hi,

 

I am trying to display images instead of title in the permanent link block.

As of now, I am showing facebook, twitter, contact, etc., as link with the label. My client wants to change this to images with the link.

 

Can anyone please help me on this ?

I have tried to change the file "blockpermanentlinks-header.tpl" in the modules/blockpermanentlinks. Kept the images in the img folder.

 

below is the code which i have tried.

 

<li id="header_link_test"><a target="_blank" href="{'https://instagram.com/thecraftshop.in/'|escape:'html'}" img src="{'<site path>/modules/blockpermanentlinks/img/facebook.png'}" </a></li>

 

But still it is not working.

Please guide me on this.
