Bug with the shopping cart

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the cart! When I click add to cart on a product nothing happens unless i refresh the page, then the product is added to the cart!

 

This is the bug.. i will be very thankful if someone can help me!

And when I try to remove something from the cart it is the same...
