Gift card in single page checkout

Hi all,

I'm looking for a module that lets the customer to choose a gift cart, eventually a package too.

I've found this module: "Modulo Gift wrapping with greeting card":  http://addons.prestashop.com/it/16532-gift-wrapping-with-greeting-card.html

 

But the developer says that it doesn't work with the single page checkout.

 

Do you know a module with the same features that works with the single page checkout?
