After upgrade catalog price reduction not working

Hi 

 

I upgraded from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1

 

All now seems to work except the catalog price reduction.

 

It works for the first three conditions in a catalog price rule but not for any condition after. I only want to give a price reduction of 20% in a category and its sub categories. I'm using the default-bootstrap template. 

So it works for the first three sub categories but not any after....

 

Looks like a severe bug.

 

Any idea how to fix this issue?
