Para arreglar el mismo, puede comprobar el permiso y también intentar reinstalar el módulo (columnadverts) si los permisos están bien. English Translation: This issue might be coming because file /webs/tienda/modules/columnadverts/config_es.xml is not present or there is some permission issue with it.
