after update to 1.6 admin is not working

I just update my shop to 1.7 from one click update and now admin not working.

admin giving 500 internal server error.

What version were you upgarding from? 1-click upgrades should not be available for 1.6 > 1.7

 

try clearing all you computer browser caches - then I guess you need to dig into the server logs, and / or enable debug mode

How you upgraded your shop ? As Ron told, it is not possible to upgrade Prestashop older versions to 1.7. with 1-click upgrade module. Perhaps you mean 1.6.1.7 ?

 

Clear your browser cahce (key F5 on your keyboard) and try to access your back-office.

It is not possible to upgrade from 1.6 > 1.7

Sorry it is not updated from 1.6 to 1.7. it is from 1.5 to 1.6 and now site working fine after cleaning cache from performance. and ctrl+f5 in browser.
