Backoffice issue, when I click category I got a Blank page

I have prestashop 1.6.1.9 on my backoffice when I click category I got a blank page and nothing happen

and I got the same issue for my 3 prestashop websites.

Turn on the debug mode, this can help a little if there is an error in the smarty/php/mysql

Maybe your site was hacked, you can try to upload the important files of PrestaShop to your server and overwrite the olds, just take care and dont replace the img folder.
