Ebay ErrorCode 21916970 on product sync

Hi,

i need to create promotional product price.

When i sync product, ebay create it only with reduced price, i need also che full price.

The error reported by sync is 21916970 "Seller Is Not Eligible To List A Discounted Item"

How can i fix? Thanks

This feature on ebay named Strike-Through Pricing.

 

Not all user can use it. You should be qualified to use this function.

 

This feature is available to qualified sellers who participate in the Discount Pricing program. Once qualified, sellers can apply Discount Pricing to both MSKU and Non-MSKU items. STP is available on the US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES sites while MAP is available only on the US site. This program requires every merchant to go through the vetting process, and We cannot enable the STP and MAP to customers without going through the process.
