GLOBALS Smarty variables in Prestashop 1.7

Hello. I have a question. In ver 1.6 has $img_dir, this is variables folder themes/img. But in ver 1.7 it not work. Please help me. I need it!.

Well, look into what existing code does. For example themes/classic/templates/catalog/product-cover-thumbnails.tpl.
