Help finding a theme like this...

I've designed a website for our business and think that Prestashop is perfect for the tools it has...I'm just worried that i can't get the user interface the way I want it...

Is there a theme like this...

1. logo top left corner
2. 3 or multiple side modules
3. middle has ability for rotating banner
4. middle under banner can link to categories of products? (with links to actual products underneath)

I'm attaching my crude drawings of what I'm looking for.

Thanks for any help anyone can give pointing me to the name/download of a theme that would work!
