Warehouse Field in Database

Does anybody know the warehouse address field in the database.  I would like to add it to a form so the customer knows where the item is shipping from?

I have added a screenshot of what I need help with.  It is the e-mail for from the PS mailalerts module.  I want to customize it to show the location of the warehouse.  I have PS set up to order from the nearest warehouse to the customer (usually 15 or less miles)  I need the e-mail form to show which warehouse so my driver knows exactly where to go when he receives the e-mail.

I think you are referring to 2 different things:
1- the warehouse address
2- The field that represents where the product is physically located inside the warehouse.

Which of the 2 do you need? Or both?
