bhfashionco Posted November 18, 2016 Share Posted November 18, 2016 I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.9 and not receiving order confirmations when a customer makes an order. I receive the payment email from Paypal but not the confirmation. I installed and configured mail alerts but I am still not receiving them. Any ideas? Jen C Posted November 19, 2016 Share Posted November 19, 2016 I had an issue like that. Are your orders showing up in back office? If not, it could be your paypal module.. Switching modules worked for me.
