406 error Not Acceptable can not add products back office

Hi yall

i get this error when i try to add products:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /prestashop/admin30/index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can anyone help me out here ? its impossible to add products i run the Version 1.3.0.10
