[email protected] Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Hi, I'm a new worker inside this company and I noticed that our e-commerce has serious problems with emails. I recently discovered that emails' problems have always existed. Almost tter of our database don't recive our emails. We use prestashop 1.6.1.4 and Newsletter Pro with the latest version. I've already flushed the cache. I get two errors: If a set on email configuration SMTP Method or mail () PHP function i get - "Ajax request error, please check tour console for more details!" , with SMTP Method I get Connection could not be established with host mail.designground.it [ #0].
