anonymousbrax
I opened a topic in the portuguese forum, informing that I'm having a problem with the date and time of the requests, but specifically on the date and time of the status of the requests, as nobody answers there, it seems until the forum is abandoned in Portuguese, I decided to seek help In the international forum, I hope you are happier here, than there ... well, about the problem, at first when I detected that there was something wrong with timezone, I thought it would be something on the database server, because it was A problem that occurs on the dates of the statuses and this, I know it is directly connected to the database, so i made all the settings on the database server, nothing, checked all the configuration on the system, and the data that is stored in the database in relation to timezone, everything is correct like America / Sao_Paulo, I set php.ini with Timezone (installation folder and admin) ... nothing ... I checked via phpinfo, everything is America / Sao_Paulo .... how was everything without success, I decided to do a new installation to test, and to my surprise, everything goes well With the new installation, with no problem with the date and time of the requests (status) ... anyone have any more ideas ??? NOTE: The version of the installation that presents problems is 1.6.1.6, and the new installation I did, where everything works fine is 1.6.1.9 .... I do not know what to do anymore, thinking of leaving Prestashop, because I can not keep the wrong statuses, and redo the store from scratch, I'd rather take a chance on OpenCart if I can not fix this installation that is already in operation ... very sad This ... Prestashop's Portuguese community was well stopped ... they had already told me that. UPDATE: I just did another test, and finish one more thing, if I change the timezone of the installation that presents a problem, for example for a timezone of Asia, save and make a change in the request, continue same thing before, already in the installation New, if I do the same procedure, the order time changes, that is, the default timezone settings of my Prestashop (via backoffice) has no effect whatsoever, which is why it is configured as America / Sao_Paulo, but probably in the Part where it really searches for this information, is with the original timezone, the strangest thing in the database, the information that is stored is America / Sao_Paulo ... now be confused ... If anyone can and wants to help, thank you!

pavonic
Hi, I have yhe same problem. I started with 1.6.1.6. After upgrading to 1.6.1.7 and 1.6.1.8 now I have the problem with timezone wrong. When the order is generated the timestamp is correct. The problem arise when the BO operator change the order status: timestamp of new states are 1 hour less than real time. I don't how to solve the problem. anonymousbrax did you solved? Thanks
yodeux
Hello, have exactly the same problem. It is very annoying because when I want to manually validate an order, it does not work because my manul status seems to have been made earlier...
