Fatal error in module file .../modules/g2apay/g2apay.php: syntax error

Hi,

 

I get this error right after installation of g2a payment module in backoffice

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file .../modules/g2apay/g2apay.php: syntax error, unexpected '['

 

Now I can't even uninstall it as the error pops up!

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.1

You must have PHP version 5.3  and you get that error. Because in code

there is a lot of use of array like this [] and in 5.3 that cause error and  array()

could be use. But that would need changes on lot of places.

 

Do consider upgrading your PHP version and this post says 5.5 at lest but
