craftsbychris Posted November 13, 2016 Share Posted November 13, 2016 For the past two days I have been trying to access my dashboard, but when I input the e-mail address and last working password it gives a message "There is one error. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect."I have sent a request for lost password twice now and have had no reply at all. is there a problem with your mail servers? Mine appear ok as I am receiving mail from other users also I am able to send mail ok. Really frustrating as I neeed to get into the store to add new stock and update stock figures.
