Weird problem with CMS file manager

When I go in to the CMS and attempt to find an image or create a link, clicking the browse button brings up a modal dialog entitled File Manager, but the content of the modal redirects to an error page with the message "This Page is Not Available"

 

Anybody ever seen this or have any idea what the issue could be?

 

I'm using version 1.6.1.5.

verify privileges to directory and  files inside it: /YOUR_ADMIN_DIR/filemanager/ php files must be accessible from browser and seems like they arent

Thanks man. It worked.

 

The issue was with the ownership on the folders and their contents that were modified to customize the site.

 

So I suppose the lesson is, if you upload modified files from within a user account that is not the user account that will be running the site, you probably will have to change ownership of those files to the user and group that will be running the site.

I thought my issue may have had the same fix, but it did not change any one here have suggestions on the File manager loading (see screen prints)
