Set Default Choice in Facette Navigation

Hi, 

my Name is Thomas and I have a little Problem to solve.

 

I have a Shop for Sunglasses, which are separated in Size ( S,M,L , e.g). Now i just want the Facette Navigation from beginning to just show Sunglasses of Size M. 

Of course the customer should be able to select the other sizes aswell.

 

So what i want do do, is to set per default a filterchoice to my facette naviagtion.

 

How can i configure or recode the facette navigation to get that done?
