Maximum parcel weight

Hello,

I have a problem with setting up proper price based on product weight. Let me give you an example: 

 

I) Parcel with weight up to 100 lb costs 10$.

II Parcel with weight up to 200 lb costs 25$. In fact these are 2 separated parcels, 100 lb each. I would like to limit weight of each product to 100 lb. This means that we can have 2x products 100 lb each, but we can't have a single product with weight e.g. 160 lb.

 

Example:

1) Doors weights 80 lb

2) Window weights 120 lb

 

Case number 1: A customer buys 1x Doors = he pays 10$.

Case number 2: A customer buys 2x Doors. Total weight is above 100 lb, but single product has a weight below 100 lb = I am able to send 2 separated parcels. Customer pays 25$.

Case number 3: A customer buys 1x Window. The window's weight is below 200 lb, but it is a single product with weight above 100 lbs. In this case delivery shouldn't be available. 

 

Can we do something like that? Or is there any module available that can afford it? I will be very grateful for any help
