Put an icon in the topbar

Hello

 

I have a webshop (www.mynewart.dk).

 

I would like to know if its possible to put a little icon next to the cart / in the right corner of the topbar. The icon must also link to another page within the site.

 

(its the coockie-icon)

 

I guess I would have to edit some code somewhere in the cPanel.

 

Could anyone help me out?
