Changing Prodct Category Container

We're on 1.6, if you click on the 2 links to our website below, that will help explain everything. This is when viewed on a laptop, or PC

 

The first link is how we would like our products on every category page to be displayed - https://www.guesswhatiforgot.co.uk/new-products

 

They are currently displayed like this - https://www.guesswhatiforgot.co.uk/34-novelty-office-gifts

 

I know how to unhook the Newsletter block, but unsure how to change the width of the category pages.
