TheLastLegion Posted September 20, 2008 Share Posted September 20, 2008 For the front office, i tried to edit the text and it said the editor doesn't have enough permission to do so, where can i go to set the permission for the editor?exact error: Unable to update the editor file. Please check the editor file's writing permissions. Also i tried to delete the default iPod picture on the front office but i can't, can someone point me on how to do that? I tried to delete in the modules section but there is no button to delete only to upload a picAlso i look all over for this, but on the front page under "NEW PRODUCTS" it shows this:"Shure SE210 Sound-Isolating Earphones for iPod and iPhone" a default product that comes with prestashop, i deleted all the other default products, and now i'm looking for this product and image but i can't find it, its not under categories, products anywhere!the site is http://www.milliaccounts.com/shop/index.php and the new products is on the right Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
spott Posted September 21, 2008 Share Posted September 21, 2008 You need to have editorial.xml file permissions 666. This is under /modeles/editorial. Also all directories under /modules needs to be 777. Then You are able to upload new pictures to frontpage also.And about these products - Back Office >> Catalog - You have deleted products from main category, what is shown in frontpage. When You dont want homepage logo - then edit your theme file or upload small emty picture.About products - I don't see any products now. Check your browser cashe.
