Shipping range weigh not working properly

Problem

 

I think shipping range weight is not working properly.

 

Background

 

I have only two delivery options for EU only:

1. withdraw from store directly (free) 
2. delivery to specific address (not free) via Mazet firm

Context

 

• my product "Le Pitchoun" weighs 75kg
• my fee for any order are 15€
• my price range is about 60€ beetwen 1 to 100 Kg

Result

 

For the second option delivery (via Mazet), the total cost should be 75€ and not 72€ (60 + 15 = 75€, right??)

I try everything i can think of, search on google, forum, nothing worked.
All fields seems filled and settings configured right.

Anyone knows what's the hek going on?
