ThemeBooster.com Posted November 7, 2016 Share Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Hi there,we just noticed we lost our Superhero level in just one week (after months and months) fallen to Conqueror directly.Nevertheless this week we responded quickly and exhaustively to all tickets.The only thing is that no customer rated our messages. We are genuinely puzzled by this system.If we are wrong, please, give us more info about that. In our opinion, you should lose your Expertise Ranking (among other things) if your Support Quality is poor and you get low voting,not just because, during a week(s), no customer has rated your answers to their tickets. So, since there are no result for Response Quality ("-"), your Support Quality suffersand your level disappears from official pages, as if you had never offered a good support. That's the point.
