sootski
Can anyone help please? I am experiencing the following problems - If I log into back office with Chrome or Edge when I make changes to my catalogue it doesnt save them, just reverts back to the list even if I ask to save and stay. In Firefox it wont log in, it just refreshes the login page Anyone have any ideas? Browsers are all up to date. PrestaShop version 1.6.0.
sootski
Hi horiatb, thank you for that it has solved the Chrome saving issue. Thats brilliant. However it hasnt fixed the Firefox login problem though, but that isn't quite such an issue now but it would be good to fix it.

w3bsolutions
Have you tried enabling debug mode (https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/) or checking the error_log to see if it is throwing any errors? sootski
I haven't tbf. That said I have experienced that error before but this is different. I will give it a try tomorrow though. I'm beginning to think my best option may be to create a fresh install and then try and move the databases but I don't really have a clue how to do it.
