Reinstall from a backup, unstable product links 404 error

Hi all,

 

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas, I reinstalled Prestashop v1.2.5 and then uploaded a backup of my store after it was compromised.

 

I am able to log into the Back Office to see my catalog, customers, orders etc, however when I try to go to a direct link to the products (View Product in shop) i get a 404 error not found.

 

The same when I try to access Category, Suppliers links from the main home page.

 

I can still access my customer account, create an account, see the site map and access the customer contact page.

 

To my knowledge no modules were deleted and all have been configured as they were previously.

 

Has anyone got any ideas?
