Payment Error because of wrong amount

Hello guys,

i got a weird problem on a customer's shop coming from nowhere... 

 

Since one week, some orders end in Payment Error because the total amount in Prestashop and the total send to the payment method (paypal and bank) are different...

 

After a quick investigation, we saw there is some error in the price taxed included, resulting in a wrong amount.

 

The second thins weird is :

when i try to reproduce one of this order, i notice that my cart is good with a french delivery address, and when i try a suisse address, the products prices are recalculed and end with weird amout, like 13,92€ instead 13,90€ with the french address.

 

Any idea ?

Yes that does sounds bit weird. I do not think I can help much but few questions first?

Any change that week, like new update of module maybe?

And do you have some 3rd party modules that override classes like Cart or Carrier ?

 

For french and swiss address, are France and Switzerland in same Zone, covered with same

carrier. Any different tax maybe ? And is change in price that small 0.2 or depends from amount.

 

Sorry for lot of questions but maybe some could help with weird issue.
