customer service reply e-mail problem

hello

i have about four subject in contact us form like

webmaster, sales, ask for special product and general

i've added different e-mails for every Contacts

but the problem is when someone send me a message and i reply the client nerver receive the reply via e-mail

exept

i;ve tried to add in the Contacts the same e-mail i've added in Advanced Parameters ----> E-mail

the reply sent successfully do ihave to add the same e-mail for all Contacts

yes i use custom smtp and when i test sedind e-mail it works very well

and yes i reply via back office and the user doesn't get anything

except if i replay via Contact use the same e-mail address i added it in Advanced Parameters ----> E-mail
